Litigation

Unfortunately disputes sometimes occur because family members or interest parties do not agree as to whether a guardianship or conservatorship is necessary or as to whom should be appointed as a guardian or conservator.

Litigation also occurs if there is a concern as to whether the guardian or conservator is faithfully and correctly carrying out their duties.
